The 3 stages of GEOLEAN Manufacturing System's support: first of all, a co-construction of the desired objectives with the customer. GEOLEAN Manufacturing System then applies its industry- and manufacturing-specific methodology and know-how, acquired on numerous projects. The next stage is the installation of processes with operators in the workplace, with significant results in two main areas:
- On a human level: team buy-in and motivation
- On the economic / P&L level: for example, productivity gains of between +25 and +50%.
