How to make the transformation of an industrial site sustainable?
Since the start of the 2025 academic year, GEOLEAN Manufacturing System has been Qualiopi certified.
We are particularly pleased with this French certification, which reflects the importance of training in the success of a Lean transformation for one or more industrial sites.
Adapted to rapid changes in the industrial sector, GEOLEAN Manufacturing System provides expertise in both small and large-scale production processes (stamping, machining, assembly, quality, etc.) and integrates synchronization issues at all levels of the company, from market research to commissioning.
Most of the architecture of new processes is done in the field, with the aim of achieving tangible results WITH your operational staff, FOR your operational staff.
The results obtained are in the range of 30 to 40% productivity gains, and are generally accompanied by a doubling of capacity and a significant improvement in inventory levels and lead times. For example, at one of our customers in aircraft construction:

- 52% reduction in work in progress, and
- 50% reduction in cycle time.
The objective of the training is to ensure the sustainability of the established organization and the results achieved through autonomy at all levels: management, supervisors, and operators.
During each transformation project involving one or more industrial sites, a series of rigorous training courses with clear educational objectives and measured effectiveness is therefore essential to facilitate adoption on a daily basis.
Qualiopi certification makes these training courses, which generally involve several dozen employees, eligible for funding by your French "OPCO" organization.
